TruckSpeak Terms of Use
1. About TruckSpeak
TruckSpeak is a practice app that helps truck drivers practice spoken English, road signs and phrases. By using the app you agree to these terms. If you downloaded the app from the App Store, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
2. Practice only — not an official test
TruckSpeak is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT), FMCSA, CVSA, any state or any other government agency. The practice score shows your progress in the app only; it does not predict the result of any inspection or test, and we do not guarantee any result. TruckSpeak does not give legal advice; rules can change, so check official sources for current requirements.
3. Safety
Never use TruckSpeak in a way that distracts you from driving. Interactive practice is for when your vehicle is safely parked. Listen-only mode must be started before you drive and needs no touch while driving. You are responsible for following all laws, including the federal rules that prohibit commercial drivers from holding or using a phone while driving. Do not use TruckSpeak or any other app during a real inspection.
4. Purchases
Some features require a purchase:
- 7-day pass: a single payment for 7 days of full access. It does not renew.
- Monthly and yearly plans: subscriptions that renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
Payments, renewals and refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their terms. Prices are shown in the app before you buy and may vary by country and include applicable taxes. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
5. License
We give you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use TruckSpeak on devices you own or control. You may not copy, resell, redistribute or reverse-engineer the app or its content, except as allowed by law.
6. Content
The practice conversations, phrases and explanations were written for TruckSpeak. Road sign images are based on U.S. public-domain traffic sign designs. Translations are provided to help you understand and may contain mistakes; the English practice content is the reference.
7. No warranty
TruckSpeak is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we do not promise that the app will be error-free, always available, or that speech recognition will understand every voice.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, GO RICH MARKETING LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including any result of a roadside inspection, lost income or fines. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for TruckSpeak in the 12 months before the claim. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
9. Changes
We may update the app and these terms. If we make an important change to these terms, we will publish the new version here with a new date. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.
10. Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the place where GO RICH MARKETING LLC is registered, except where the consumer protection laws of your state or country give you rights that cannot be waived. Contact: info@gorich.ae.
